Need to reserve a classroom 4 Preparation / VIP Room

Along with reserving the theatre at Benilde, we'll need to also reserve a classroom that we will use for a number of things:

• Panelist presentation preparations.
• Place to hang out and socialize with other board members.
• Have food and drink for board and committee officers to hang out in before the event kicks off
• It will be considered a VIP room, we'll also have a little press conference where GMA and ABS-CBN crew can do the interviews and questions prior to the event.
• *** just an idea but, for people who pay for a full year SIGGRAPH Manila membership, their names will be raffled to enter the VIP room and meet the board members and ask questions.  need to set limit on how many raffles we will do*** maybe like 5 - no more than 8 or 10
• Seats in the audience will be reserved off for the board members and committee officers
• This place will also be the lounge place for the VIPs of our corporate sponsors.
